USCG opens cruise ship COE

US COAST Guard has opened a Centre of Expertise in Miami, where vessel inspectors and investigators working with the cruise industry can refine sector-specific skills. The first of several COEs opened on 30 September and began offering six-day courses to USCG personnel.
