USS hit with ITB arrest order

A TEXAS judge has ordered the arrest of an integrated tug barge in a squabble over unpaid damages.
US Shipping Partners owns ITB New York – and owes $110,000 to International Divers Co, which claimed a total loss of a port fender system in Corpus Christi, Texas. IDC filed a motion for a legal garnishment in the dispute on Wednesday.
